- RV journey # 17 / Hello Washington DC & Virginia 1 -

Hello y'all ,

Yes, I am still trying to catch up my days ! 

Because as you see, we had lots of fun and always busy, so I really did not have enough time for updating with PC. 😳💦

Here we go ... ! 😄😅✊✨

After we left New York, New Jersey, it was okay driving ! 


But big city, very busy traffic, and yes, it was.

Hello, Washington DC and hello, Virginia ! 😄✋✨
Long time no see ... ! 

Around Washington DC, there was super traffic again.
 😱😥💦

We finally got the campground in Ft. Belvoir. 

It was just right before sunset. 

Again I took many sunset pictures, it was so gorgeous, I could not leave there for a long time until it got dark ... 

Because every minute, the sunset color gets more beautiful and darker ..., and looks so different ! 😘💕✨✨✨

There was a deck on the river/lake. Some people were fishing until it gets very dark.  I also love fishing, I miss for fishing...

This is my 5th visit around DC area, We have very good special friends here, too ! 

We had not seen them for a long long time.  So it was great and we are very happy to see them. 

Following day, we met our friend, Mr. D. 

He is also Navy veteran, we were very looking forward to see him.  we had not seen him for 7-8 years. 

He is very sweet, super kind gentleman. 😊  He gave us special  tour around DC all day !

 As you know, there are tons of fun and interesting things to see in Washington DC, also.  So even it was my 5th visit for me, but there are still many things I can learn, enjoy  and interesting to see. 😳😅✨

Mr. D took us Arlington cemetery, it was a morning. 

It was just the time for changing guards for the unknown soldiers. 

For 24 houea,365 days, even if it was rain, snow, hurricane storm, they always respect, pray, and protect for unknown soldiers...✨

After that we took subway, and he took us and show the clock tower which we can see the 360 degree view around Washington DC.  It used to be old post office building. 
Now the main building part is the hotel, and the part of top is a clock tower. 
And we went to lunch in China town. 😋😉👍💕✨

  

We always concern about our fur babies, doggies.😳💦 

So we went back to RV home, and let them out and business, and fed them and play for a while. 😊

And once again we went out for night tour. 😄✨👍

After we enjoyed the supper, Mr. D took us Vietnam War Memorial , Lincoln Memorial, and Korean War Memorial... 

He said it is very special for him to visit there at night time.

That's a very funny, and I love Ben Stiller's comedy movies ! 
In that movie, Lincoln acted funny comedy ! Made me so laugh ! 

Somebody one of the tourist lady was taking funny picture, 
so I did the same thing ! Below picture ... ,
I picked up Washington Monument ! 😳😳😳😅😅😅💦
